At Rudolph and Hellmann (R&H), we believe our success is built on a culture that prioritises people. Our leadership team is a testament to this philosophy, having largely risen through the ranks by working across various roles to reach their current positions. This ‘Home Grown Timber’ approach is a key differentiator between R&H and other third-party logistics providers (3PLs). We recognise that those doing the job every day are in the best position to identify opportunities for improvement, which is why we are currently consulting on the introduction of an employee ideas scheme.
