Rudolph & Hellmann is proud to announce the promotion of Sergiu Mudura to Senior Operations Manager at the Integrated Logistics Centre (ILC) — a significant milestone in a career defined by hard work, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
This new leadership role will see Sergiu take responsibility for one of our most complex and strategically important operational environments, applying his deep process expertise, people-centric leadership style, and strong understanding of customer expectations to drive performance across the ILC.

Starting in January 2015 as an agency warehouse operative, Sergiu built his foundation quickly. By November of the same year he joined our team full-time, stepping with confidence into the progression pathway our organisation champions.
From Picker → MHE Driver → Team Leader → Process Leader → Process Support Partner (PSP) → Process Solution Designer, each role strengthened his skills, broadened his operational knowledge, and prepared him for senior leadership. His progression is not only impressive — it is a model example for every colleague who aspires to carve out their own career within R&H.
A Leader Built on Expertise, Discipline, and Continuous Improvement
Throughout his previous roles, Sergiu has always believed in investing in people. As Team Leader and Process Leader he learned how to support teams, uphold safety standards, and create environments where individuals could do their best work.
As PSP and later Process Solution Designer, he took his analytical and project management skills further — steering key improvement initiatives, developing robust QA frameworks, and earning formal MTM qualifications (MTM-1, MTM-UAS, MTM-SOL). These achievements demonstrate not only capability, but dedication.
