Rudolph & Hellmann Logistics Solutions Newsletter Spring 202

Quarterly newsletter from Rudolph & Hellmann Logistics Solutions www.rudolphandhellmann.com LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS Spring 2026 When I reflect on Rudolph & Hellmann’s journey, our partnership with BMW, particularly at Mini Plant Oxford, comes first. Since 2000, this collaboration has shaped our logistics expertise, challenging us to deliver line-side excellence in a demanding production environment. 2026 brings change. Our longest-standing assembly contract at Mini Plant Oxford is ending, but our relationship with BMW continues through our Body-in-White contract success. We are working closely with Unipart to ensure a seamless transition, reflecting our commitment to integrity and partnership. Since becoming CEO in 2022, we’ve strengthened leadership, embedded safety and compliance, deployed SAP S/4HANA for real-time visibility, and fostered a culture driven by ideas from the ground up. Over 1,000 days without a lost-time accident, multiple awards, new contracts, and expansion into new sectors mark our progress. While automotive remains our foundation, we’ve diversified into healthcare, the NHS, and aerospace. Contracts with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Jaguar Land Rover, alongside engagement with the North West Aerospace Alliance, show strong momentum. The “green shoots” of 2026 are clear – in our people, partnerships, and diversification. Agile and resilient, Rudolph & Hellmann is evolving into a multi-sector logistics partner, ready for the opportunities ahead. Green Shoots of 2026 By James Hamilton, CEO, Rudolph & Hellmann Logistics Solutions Shaping the Future of Logistics Skills Reflections from the VTCT Skills Logistics Conference – 19 March 2026 On 19 March, industry leaders, policymakers, and training providers met at GTG Wolverhampton for the VTCT Skills Logistics Conference, focusing on skills, apprenticeships, and workforce development.
